  • Campbell and his team at the Wienery catered a wedding event we did on our property. It was his second event of the day, but he came in with full energy and great spirits. He set up quickly and powered out food for us and our 60+ guests. The food is made with quality ingredients, were beautiful and generously dressed. I personally tried bites of the Kim Cheesy, The Zeus and the Hound Dog (*very underrated!) He was also great about accommodating for dietary restrictions and our veg/vegan guests loved the Carrot Dog. This food cart is fairly priced, delicious and distributes food fast when you've got a lot of hungry mouths to feed. Also, Campbell is an absolute sweetheart to boot!

Can a food truck really work at my wedding venue?

Absolutely! We’ve catered at vineyards, barns, backyards, mountain tops, driveways, and even beachfront weddings. If your venue allows food trucks, we’ll coordinate with them to ensure a seamless setup that works with your event flow.

What if it rains?

No worries! We’re prepared for rain or shine. We can set up under a tent, work with your venue for covered service, or adjust as needed. Either way, your guests will be fed and happy!

Will a food truck feel too casual for my wedding?

Not at all! Our gourmet comfort food brings a fun and interactive touch to weddings—whether you’re going for rustic, elegant, boho, or festival vibes. And let’s be real: happy, well-fed guests make the best weddings. Also, the food truck is VERY cute.

What Are Your Deposit & Payment Terms?

We keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free when it comes to booking your wedding catering. Here’s what to expect:

Non-Refundable Booking Fee – A $250 booking fee secures your date and the food truck for onsite food service. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date within one year of the initial booking. (subject to availability).

50% Deposit – A deposit of 50% of your total bill is due to confirm your booking. This locks in your catering and ensures we can plan for your big day.

Final Headcount Due 14 Days Before – We require your final guest count two weeks before your wedding to make sure we’re fully prepped.

Final Payment Due 7 Days Before the Event – Your remaining balance is due within 7 days of your event. We accept e-transfers, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

Late Payment Terms – Payments not received by the due date will incur a 5% late fee every 14 days.

What if some guests don’t eat hotdogs or have dietary concerns?

We’ve got you covered! Our menu includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-sensitive, dairy free, and customizable options to ensure every guest has something delicious to enjoy. We take dietary restrictions, strong preferences, and allergies very seriously and are always happy to accommodate as long as we know in advance!

How long do you serve for?

Our standard service window is 4 hours, giving your guests plenty of time to grab food, mingle, and come back for seconds! Need extra time? Let’s chat and customize a plan for you. Our service time for just late night snacks is 2 hours.

How far in advance should we book?

ASAP! Wedding dates book up fast, and we take a limited number of events each season to keep our service top-notch. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of securing your date!

Whats your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. However, due to the nature of event catering, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • If you cancel more than 60 days before your event → 20% of the deposit is non-refundable (for planning & administrative costs), and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 60 days of your event → The entire deposit is non-refundable, as we will have already made commitments to your event.

  • Final headcount is due 14 days before your event.

  • You may increase your guest count after this deadline, but reductions are not permitted.

  • If your wedding is canceled or postponed due to extreme unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, venue closures, or emergencies beyond your control), we will:
    Work with you to reschedule your catering at a future date (within one year, subject to availability).
    Apply your deposit to a future event, rather than issue a refund.
